Phil has over 40 years of working in IT from application design, development, marketing, sales, delivery and support across a range of industries.

​After 6 years of working for SAP, in early 2000, Phil established the well known New Zealand SAP Consultancy firm “Tango” and grew it into one of the top SAP service providers in the country, before being acquired by Deloitte in late 2013 where he stayed as a Senior Partner running the SAP practice.

​Phil has been successful largely due to his passion for what he believes are the basis of any successful organisation: People and Processes.
